Awards Celebrated by critics from Toronto Life, the National Post and the Globe & Mail. National Post food critic Gina Mallet recently named Chef Michael Steh one of the top chefs in Toronto. reds has received:

 

Chef Michael Steh takes Bronze at the 2011 Gold Medal Plates with his dish, "Bacon". Michael Steh’s three components were all inspired by bacon without actually containing any: deep-fried brioche with scallop mousse and smoked duck breast; onion and cheddar soup topped with apple tuile; and eggshell filled with “coconut bacon,” Riesling jelly and soy-lavender custard
